It has been quite some time since I have posted to the blog. Things have been crazy since the US was hit hard with Covid -19. Staying fit in a pandemic has it's challenges I must say, between all of the new found down time, snacking, constant hand washing/sanitizing and stressing...working out barely creeps into the mind. Right at the beginning of the pandemic I stayed on track for about a week or two, but things began to get old quickly, I was tired of being cooped up in my 1 bedroom apartment. It had not only become my safe haven from the outside world, but also my working quarters, my gym, and my hang out spot. Nonetheless, continuing to stay fit during a pandemic I feel is a must, having a healthy body and mind will help battle depression, stress and I would like to think this virus as well.
Since some restrictions have lifted somewhat I am now finding it more appealing to workout from home. Check out this 6 minute video I posted on YouTube of a quick and easy at home workout!
